The SmarterBack app is a simple menu bar application that utilizes
your Macs built-in camera to
help prevent slouching while working on your computer.
Once you open the app, just sit with proper posture and press the
"establish baseline"
button, from there it tracks the vertical position of your eyes. Every
time your eye level
slides under the pre-established baseline your screen will be lightly
tinted to a color of your choice until your posture is fixed, serving
as a simple reminder to "sit-up" and stop slouching.
With 15 minutes a day, the SmarterBack App will help train your muscle
memory for maintaining
a healthy posture.
